The Hellenic Medical Society of NY Presents Women who Dared, April 14

NEW YORK – The Hellenic Medical Society of NY (HMS) presents Women who Dared, a unique event celebrating women in medicine and philanthropy, along with The Hellenic American Chamber of Commerce, Hellenic Lawyer’s Association, Hellenic American Association for Professionals in Finance, Hellenic Professional Women, and The Hellenic Initiative. The event honors Dr. Rany Condos, HMS Dr. Mary Kalopothakes Distinguished Female Physician Clinical Professor, NYU Grossman School of Medicine Greek-American pulmonary medicine expert and “ICU COVID Hero,” Eliza Society for their mission to prevent cruelty against children in Greece with special mention to Dr. P. Roy Vagelos and Diana T. Vagelos for their visionary gift to create a hub for women in STEM at Barnard College.

The event will be held at Comeback Lounge/ previous Barneys, and offers a rare opportunity to see the Sandra and Bill Nicholson art exhibit, the world’s largest privately-owned collection solely by women artists at 660 Madison Avenue, 6th Floor, on Thursday, April 14, Cocktails and Art Exhibit 6:30 PM, 7 PM Awards Program, and 8-10 PM Live Greek Music with Apollo Orchestras

Tickets: $125 per person, prepayment required no later than April 5.
