Meal plans are cooked and packaged at the company’s showcase kitchen in Jack London Square, Oakland where executive chef and co-owner, Lauren Mahlke and her team cook pre-portioned, fresh meals with quality local, organic ingredients that are delivered in reusable containers that get picked back up by the company. The menu changes weekly based on the local produce available and all recipes have all been developed by Chef Mahlke, a veteran catering chef and culinary instructor.
