The 15 Food Habits to Adopt for Healthier Eating

Preparing everyday meals as a mother or grandmother is crucial for the next generation. What people consume will have a huge impact on the environment, society, economy – but it is also important to keep in mind that good habits must be taught and demonstrated to prepare millions of people for the next century.

Apart from making the best selections regarding the quality and types of food, other food habits are also important. It is not only what you eat, but how you eat it is also significant. Here are some basic rules to follow from philosopher Denov Petar.

1. It is healthy to feel pleasure when you eat.

2. Eat healthy food, but do not overconsume.

3. If you overconsume, you brain function will decline as the stomach will be overworking.

4. As you eat a certain kind of food, first think about how it was created.

5. Do not drink warm or cold water with fruit.

6. Before eating food, you may drink water, but not afterwards (wait for half an hour at least).

7. Stop eating when you feel you are getting full. You must have space for 20 bites more in order to digest easily.

8. In the evening, eat before the sunset, in the morning, eat after sunrise.

9. Do not eat in a rush.

10. Good foods are easily digestible.

11. Food should always be fresh.

12. Do not eat food that is too hot or too cold.

13. Eat when you feel hungry, not at a particular hour.

14. Do not eat if you are not feeling well. Again, eat only when you feel hungry.

15. Eating only one food is dangerous.

Introduce one or two habits every day for you and the next generation will follow!
