Ten Asylum Seekers Arrested for Violent Incidents at Greek Refugee Camp

CHIOS, Greece – A total of 10 asylum seekers were arrested and six more are wanted for the violent incidents that broke out on Holy Saturday at the VIAL hotspot on Chios island.

According to the case file, 16 persons are facing charges for arson, breach of the peace, causing damage, violence against employees and bodily harm attempt, as well as violation of weapons legislation.
