SYRIZA Sternly Attacks Govt over List with Media

ATHENS — "The list with the 20 million euros that the government gave to the media released by government spokesperson Stelios Petsas on Monday, confirms SYRIZA's accusations, said a main opposition SYRIZA announcement on Tuesday.

Specifically it noted that "the government handed out public money without any criterion, with the sole target of guaranteeing that there will be only one opinion in the media, the financing of the entire government-friendly press".

"There isn't any excuse," said SYRIZA, adding that: "The prime minister should today dismiss the government spokesperson who undertook to do the dirty work with the list, so that he can finally do a cabinet reshuffle".
