Syracuse AHEPA Chapter 37 Celebrates AHEPA Sunday

SYRACUSE, NY – On May 15, AHEPA Chapter 37 celebrated the 100th anniversary of AHEPA at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church in Syracuse. A special appearance by a group of the St. Sophia Dancers was the highlight of the event. The Syracuse Chapter is making preparations for the celebration of its 100th anniversary in 2024. The chapter is the second oldest in New York State which was established on January 22, 1924 and the first chapter to acquire an AHEPA Home. In the past, the chapter has hosted a Supreme Convention and a District 6 Convention.
