Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
CHERRY HILL, NJ – Following the Divine Liturgy on November 14, in a festive event, the Parish Council of St. Thomas Cherry Hill honored the promotion of Fr. Christoforos Economides, who received the title of Archimandrite of the Ecumenical Throne from His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew.
Among those present were many parishioners, members of the Philoptochos Society, all the youth organizations of the parish as well as members of the local Daughters of Penelope chapter. The beautiful event included words of thanks and was accompanied by a reception with many delicacies and sweets in the Danielle Kousoulis Hall.
