St. Nicholas Community’s Girl Scout Troop 4212 of Flushing, NY, Giving Back

FLUSHING, NY – Girl Scout Troop 4212 of the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Shrine Church in Flushing held a special Valentine’s Day-themed effort to help children and families.

For Valentine’s Day, the girls decorated 300 bags, packed them with waters, snacks, and a Valentine’s Day craft for the children of the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island and their families. The troop delivered them on February 3, in spite of the bitterly cold weather. The troop leaders, in alphabetical order, are: Konstantina Casabianca, Diamond Delagrammatikas, Stacy Pristouris, and Anastasia Theofanis.
