Small Earthquake Shakes Achaia, Etoloakarnania

PATRAS, Greece – An earthquake measuring 3.9 on the Richter scale shook several regions of Achaia and Etoloakarnania in western Greece on Monday at 13:10.

According to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, the epicentre of the earthquake was 13 km east southeast of Nafpaktos and its focal depth was five kilometres.

The European Mediterranean Seismological Centre reported the same magnitude, with an epicentre 15km northwest of Egio.
