GREENLAWN, NY – Shrine Chapter 500 played a significant role in this year’s Greek Festival, managing the Wine Ring Toss Booth over three days of festivities. The event took place at Saint Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Shrine Church in Greenlawn, September 13-15. With over 349 winners and over $6,500 raised, it was a successful event for all!

President of Shrine Chapter 500 Edwin Rivera stated, “I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Brother Nick, his wife Rosie, daughter Julianna, and son Costa for their dedication and hard work in managing the booth. I also want to express my appreciation to my wife Alex, daughter Alexia, and son Brandon, whose support was invaluable throughout the weekend.”

“A special thank you goes to Brothers Christos, Steve, George and Father John Vlahos for their frequent visits to the booth, which gave us the energy and motivation to keep going.”
