Sfakianakis’ Trial on Illegal Weapon and Drug Possession Charges Postponed

ATHENS — Popular Greek singer Notis Sfakianakis' trial on illegal weapon and drug possession charges has been postponed as a result of protection measures against the coronavirus applied in courts.

The singer had requested and received an extension until December 2. Sfakianakis, who was arrested during a police check on Sunday evening for possessing a small quantity of cocaine and a gun, was released until the trial.
