Russian Prime Minister Mishustin to Visit Mount Athos

MT. ATHOS — Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin will pay a two-day pilgrimage to Mount Athos as of Thursday. The Russian official is coming unofficially and according to information he will go to Karies where he will meet with the Mount Athos leadership and will stay at the Holy Monastery of Panteleimon, where monks of mainly Russian origin live.
