Greek-American James A. Koshivos, 21, Killed after Car Plunged into Ocean
FALMOUTH, MA – The police in Falmouth have identified the victim in an accident involving a car plunging into the ocean on February 20, NBC10 Boston reported.
WASHINGTON, DC – Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis (NY-11) on March 19 announced a partnership with Costco Pharmacy and Angelina's Ristorante to open a pop-up COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Staten Island.
“I want to thank Costco for helping us get a pop-up vaccine clinic on the South Shore, which until now has been underserved compared to other parts of the Island,” said Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis. “We appreciate Angelina's hosting this event that will bring 360 vaccines to eligible Staten Islanders. We hope this pop-up site is one of many as we continue to work to expand vaccine distribution in our community through the federal retail pharmacy partnership.”
The pop-up vaccine clinic will be open on Wednesday, March 24, at Angelina's Ristorante, 399 Ellis Street, from 10 AM-6 PM The clinic will be held for 360 residents by appointment only.
“Angelina’s Family is proud to partner with Costco and Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis to make the Johnson & Johnson vaccine available to our community during this critical time,” said Vincent Malerba, co-owner of Angelina's Ristorante.

To be eligible to receive an appointment, residents will be required to show proof of Island residency and also meet one of the following criteria:

“Costco pharmacy is currently offering Covid-19 vaccine at all five of our New York City locations,” Costco Pharmacy said in a statement. “We are excited to provide an additional community COVID vaccine clinic specifically for our Staten Island residents. Costco is honored to do our part to support our neighbors in this unprecedented time and help our communities navigate through this public health emergency.
