Re-Unification Talks Resume, Crucial Property Issue High on Agenda

 

After a summer break, the UN-sponsored talks for the reunification of  Cyprus will reconvene on September summer break, with the property issue and related matters high on the agenda according to Nicos Christodoulides, government spokesman of the Republic of Cyprus.

“During the last meeting of the leaders, President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades and Turkish Cypriot leader Mustafa Akinci, it was agreed that the individual’s right to property is respected,” CNA reported.
