Progress on Electrical Grid

Leonidas Paschalides, the senior director at the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, says progress has been made in efforts to reconnect the electricity grids of the Republic of Cyprus and the occupied areas.

“For the time being, he said, there will be two connections of electricity grids between the two areas,” CNA reported Paschalides as saying, and that  “there is progress on technical work needed for the reconnection, mainly concerning infrastructure.”
