Pontian Society “Akritai” of Philadelphia Held 83rd Annual Dinner Dance on Nov. 26

UPPER DARBY, PA – The Pontian Society ‘Akritai’ of Philadelphia hosted their 83rd annual dinner dance at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Upper Darby, PA, on November 26. Musicians included Giorgos Sofianidis, Yiannis Polichronidis, Ioannis Apaziridis, and Christos Tiktapanidis with his Pontian Lyra. The Laiko program was performed by the band Sergiani. About 500 people enjoyed a beautiful night at the dinner dance.
