KORYDALLOS – Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis paid a visit to the municipality of Korydallos, Attica region, on Wednesday. Mitsotakis pledged that the more the economy is growing, the more the government will make use of the growth dividend to support the vulnerable citizens.
He also referred to the economic initiatives that the government has taken and specifically the increase in pensions (after 12 consecutive years), the abolition of the solidarity levy, the market pass and the ‘household basket’.
Additionally, Mitsotakis noted that the Korydallos prisons will leave from the municipality of Korydallos so that the area is developed in the interest of the local community.

Mitsotakis visited the Ministry’s Digital Education Centre and afterwards he walked through the main streets of the city and talked with residents and shopowners.
“This government’s concern is always the citizen in need. As long as the economy is growing, the government will not hesitate to use this growth dividend to support our fellow citizens in need. We are faced with an imported crisis and we are doing whatever possible to limit the impact on the households,” he said.
