PM Mitsotakis Met with Chancellor Scholz

PARIS – Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis had a personal meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Friday, on the sidelines of the informal summit of the 27 European Union leaders in Versailles, according to government sources.

The same sources said that they had an in-depth discussion in view of the Greek prime minister’s meeting with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in Istanbul.

On Monday, March 14, Scholz will also visit Turkey to meet with Erdogan.
