Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
The Minister of Digital Governance, Kyriakos Pierrakakis, had a series of contacts and meetings while visiting the US. In particular, he visited the MIT Media Lab to see “the future it is preparing at close hand” as he said on a social media network. As he noted, “this pioneering university laboratory develops cutting-edge technologies and tests their application in neurology, bionics, architecture, and many other sciences.”
Pierrakakis also visited the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
Being “a guest of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, I was given the opportunity to speak about the challenges and actions taken for the digital transformation of the Greek state,” he stated.
