Peter Kambitsis’ Sugarberry in Rockville Centre on Long Island (Vid)

Peter Kambitsis is the owner of Sugarberry which opened three months ago in Rockville Centre on Long Island.

With roots in Kefalonia, he spent his childhood summers on the island. Helping out at his godfather’s pastry shop there, he dreamed of one day opening his own pastry shop.

Kambitsis is also the owner of the New York Bakery in Astoria.
