Pair of Turkish Fighter Jets Flew Over Panaghia and Oinousses

ATHENS — A pair of Turkish F-16 on Friday at 14:12 flew over the islands of Panaghia and Oinousses at 24,500 feet.

The Turkish fighter jets were recognised and intercepted by Greek ones according to the international rules, the National Defence General Staff said.

Earlier, two pairs of Turkish fighter jets flew over the island of Agathonissi at 10:12. The first pair of F-16s flew over the island at a height of 25,000 feet and the second at 16,000 feet.

The Turkish F-16s were recognised and intercepted by Greek fighter planes, according to international rules.
