Oikonomou: Today Mr. Tsipras Will Understand That What Counts for the Society Is Action

ATHENS – “Over the last two years the Prime Minister (Kyriakos Mitsotakis) has handled calmly with a plan and seriousness any major crisis that has emerged taking care for the safety and the stability of the society and of the country” stated government spokesman Yiannis Oikonomou on Thursday in response to main opposition SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance leader Alexis Tsipras statements in Kavala.

Oikonomou characterised Tsipras “terrified and desperate” and estimated that today, after the announcement of the new measures for the drastic relief of the energy cost, Tsipras will understand that what counts for the society is action and not “the toxic politics”.
