Negotiators Meet Again Monday

Andreas Mavroyiannis and Ozdil Nami, the Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot negotiators, will meet again on  Feb. 22 to continue the  UN-backed talks for the reunification of Cyprus.

It is reported by CNA that reliable sources have said that “Mavroyiannis and Nami, who met today, continued their general discussion over various aspects of the Cyprus problem. When the two leaders, Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades and Turkish Cypriot leader Mustafa Akinci met last Saturday they had told the two negotiators what needs to be done next, placing particular emphasis on the effort to reduce differences between the two sides.”

The Cyprus talks resumed in May 2015.
