Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS – With a sense of responsibility towards the public and the employees, the Museum of Cycladic Art (MCA) collaborated with the company SGS for inspections, certifications and controls for the implementation of a program that validates the efficiency and correct implementation of all cleaning and disinfection procedures (including COVID-19). The SGS Disinfection Monitored service is particularly applicable to organizations with activity related to gatherings of large numbers of people. MCA implemented the program in all its spaces (exhibitions, offices, educational spaces, Cycladic Shop, Cycladic Café, entrances, etc.) to ensure its smooth and safe operation, receiving the required special mark of SGS.
According to Eugenia Christodoulakou, MCA Executive Director, "in these difficult times, the Disinfection Monitored service of SGS enables us to ensure the safety of our visitors, customers, and employees, as we validate efficiently and accurately all the cleaning and disinfection procedures we apply. All our spaces are now certified, providing security to those who visit us, starting from the children who attend our programs to the companies that choose us for their events.
