Municipality of Athens Cancels Christmas Eve Event Due to COVID

ATHENS – The municipality of Athens, due to the increase of COVID-19 incidents, cancelled the event “Christmas Eve the Night of Wishes.

In an announcement on Wednesday 22 December, the municipality said that “with sense of responsibility and due to the increase of COVID-19 infections, the municipality of Athens decided the cancellation of the event Christmas Eve-The Night of the Wishes with aim to keep us safe in the holidays and the wish next year to be all together again.”
