Mitsotakis’ Message to Greek People Postponed Due to Quake Near Samos

ATHENS — Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' message to the Greeks on the pandemic, scheduled for 15:00 on Friday, was postponed due to the strong quake recorded in the sea region of Samos. The new hour of the message will be announced later on Friday.

According to the prime minister's press office, Finance Minister Christos Staikouras will present the economic support measures being introduced by the government, while Deputy Civil Protection and Crises Management Minister Nikos Hardalias will outline the measures in detail and Committee of Experts member and Athens Kapodistrian University professor Ghikas Magiorkinis will explain the epidemiological and health data.
