Mitsotakis Discusses Market Conditions, Energy Prices with Presidents of Greek Chambers

ATHENS – Conditions on the market, rising energy costs and their repercussions dominated a meeting between Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the new president of the Central Union of Chambers of Greece and president of the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Yiannis Masoutis, together with the president of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Yiannis Bratakos, which was held on Tuesday.

The prospects of the economy and the developmental role played by the chambers were also discussed during the meeting. The need to make every effort to contain prices and to minimise the impact of price increases on consumers was particularly emphasised.
