Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
KARA TEPE, Greece — The process of decongesting Lesvos of migrants, announced by the migration and asylum ministry, will begin on Monday with the transfer of 700 refugees and asylum seekers for whom geographical restrictions have been suspended.
Their transfer from the Kara Tepe camp in Mytilene will be completed at 17:00, when the ship "Chios Island", which they are now boarding, sets sail from the island's port.
