July 21, 2018

HERAKLION – In June 2017, the municipal council of Malevizion decided to name the unnamed street connecting the Pancretan Stadium with Amoudara in Heraklion, Crete.

A naming ceremony was held on Thursday, June 19, naming it “Konstantinos Mitsotakis” Street.

New Democracy president Kyriakos Mitsotakis was present at the ceremony.

According to Mr. Kostas Mamoulakis, Mayor of Malezivion, the naming ceremony is the least that could be done to honor the Cretan former Prime Minister Kostantinos Mitsotakis.
