KINAL Youth Invites Other Parties to Rally Against Fascism on Oct. 7

ATHENS — The Movement for Change (KINAL) Youth invited the youth divisions of other parties to a rally on Wednesday, October 7 outside the Athens Appeals Court, which is expected to deliver its decision on the murder of rapper Pavlos Fyssas by extreme-right Golden Dawn party members, it said on Friday.

KINAL's youth said it had addressed an invitation each to the New Democracy, SYRIZA, Communist Party and MeRA25 youth groups as a symbol of the unity of political forces before fascism, neo-Nazism and the challenges democracy and the political system faces today.

It added that in politics young people may be adversaries, but in the defense of democracy there is only one enemy, fascism. "The fight for democracy, freedom, dignity and life does not recognize party borders," it added.
