Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS – Opposition Movement for Change (KINAL) spokesperson Pavlos Christidis on Thursday said that for his party it is clear that any action on the part of Turkey should be answered with a respective action. "An action that will guarantee, safeguard and protect our national sovereign rights," he said, speaking to the state radio ERT.
"We do not have an aggressive disposition toward anyone, we do not want anybody's land but we should answer immediately and with determination to anyone that attempts to violate our borders," Christidis said.
Referring to his party, he said that is has an autonomous course that is non-negotiable.
