Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
LEXINGTON, MA – Book bags are packed, and students and teachers are ready to go! Greek Group Tutoring (GGT) offers virtual classes this fall with two sessions of robust sixty-minute lessons per week to enhance the delivery of instruction and active participation.
That’s two hours per week of instruction taught by GGT faculty of Greek native speakers who hold degrees in education, and years of experience teaching Greek to young students. Class sizes of 5 or fewer students will allow for individualized attention and assessment, increased student interactions and improved skill acquisition. Teacher training of online instruction has been provided with technological resources available to ensure maximum student engagement. The Papaloizos curriculum including textbooks will be reinforced through interactive activities, music & movement, projects, games, and skill checks.
