ATHENS – As Greece hopes to lure foreign investors back to accelerate what had been a slow recovery from a near decade-long economic and austerity crisis – stymied when COVID-19 hit – InvestGR Forum will have a second online forum showing the way.
The first session of the 3rd InvestGR Forum 2020: Greece in the Pole Position took place July 1-16 and focused on why investors should take a chance now on the country and the next is set for Oct. 8-9 will feature politicians, CEOs, academics and experts discussing flagship investments, turning the crisis into an opportunity and especially putting money into infrastructure.
The founder of InvestGR Forum, Andreas Yannopoulos, said the first online session drew nearly 1,000 viewers and participants “so the bar is already high,” for the October meeting with hopes the pandemic will be winding down.
