In Liverpool, Food Truck “So Greek Full” Offers Full Greek Food

If you happen to be in Liverpool, England and have a hankering for Greek food, you don't have to sit inside or outside during the lingering COVID-19 pandemic because now there's a food truck bringing it.

So Greek Full at the Royal Albert Dock was featured in Sydney's Greek City Times that said it's sure worth visiting because there's everything from the classic souvlaki to specials including the eight-hour slow-cooked lamb Greek stifado bagel – yes, a lamb bagel. Sign me up for that one.

“When we first decided to open up our Greek Food Truck, it was from the desire to bring the mouth watering street food of Athens to Liverpool. From one great port to another, we’re bringing you high-quality, delicious food at reasonable prices. Since then, we’ve been known as the only stop you need to make to get your belly full,” the website stated.

For vegans who don't eat lamb or meat there are plant-based options too, a vegan chicken souvlaki and even a vegan steak souvlaki, so don't expect a My Big Fat Greek wedding answer that vegans should try lamb.

“What I remember most from when my children went to school is not all the anxiety about classes or the hectic mornings when everyone had to be on time, it’s the Christmas celebrations.
