Heating Oil Goes on Sale from Monday; Prices Higher Than in 2017

The sale and distribution of heating oil started on Monday at a price higher that the previous year due to an increase in international oil prices.

According to the latest official figures released by the finance ministry, the average sale price of heating oil at the start of the winter season in October 2017 was 0.944 euros per litre and in April 2017 it was 1.025 euro per litre.

According to market’s estimates the average price at the start of the current season is expected to be 1.14 euros per litre.
