HAWC Pacific Hosts an Epicurean Adventure with Actor Thaao Penghlis, Sept. 8

LOS ANGELES, CA – The Hellenic American Women’s Council – HAWC, Pacific Region, presents its next event with well-known actor Thaao Penghlis on Sunday, September 8, 4 PM, at Loyola Marymount University – Caloyeras Center for Modern Greek Studies, University Hall 3800, 3rd floor, (enter P1 for easy access to elevators and 3rd floor).

From his iconic roles in ‘Days of Our Lives’ and ‘General Hospital,’ to his thrilling adventures on the set of ‘Mission: Impossible,’ Penghlis is a multi-faceted talent and in an intimate conversation, will share the secrets to his delicious culinary creations as detailed in his new book, ‘Seducing Celebrities One Meal at a Time.’ Books will be available for sale and autographing at the event which is co-hosted with the Caloyeras Center for Modern Greek Studies.

Penghlis was born in Australia to Greek parents and started his acting career on the stage having studied under Hollywood acting teacher Milton Katselas. He is perhaps best known for his roles in daytime television but has also guest-starred on a number of primetime crime dramas, such as Kojak, Cannon, Tenspeed and Brown Shoe, Hart to Hart, Nero Wolfe, and Magnum, P.I.
