Greek Tourism Ministry Submits Bill for the Upgrade of Tourism Education

ATHENS — Deputy Tourism Minister Manos Konsolas said on Wednesday during his visit to the municipality of Agios Nikolaos, Crete, that the ministry has submitted a bill for the upgrade of tourism education in the country.

Konsolas also underlined the importance of the municipality of Agios Nikolaos on the map of tourism education.

"We have tabled a bold, sustainable and realistic bill that will make Greece a cradle of tourism education, in relation to other competing Mediterranean countries, while we are determined to proceed with it after the submission of additional proposals by the education ministry," he added.


ATHENS - Changes of leadership in the armed forces and the fire brigade were decided during a meeting of the Government National Security Council (KYSEA) on Thursday, chaired by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
