Greek Defence Minister Panagiotopoulos in Cyprus

ATHENS — Defence Minister Nikos Panagiotopoulos is going to Cyprus on Thursday to participate in the 3rd trilateral meeting of the Ministers of Defence of Greece-Cyprus-Israel.

Panagiotopoulos is expected to discuss with his Cypriot and Israeli counterparts, Charalambos Petridis and Benjamin Ganz, respectively, the latest developments in the Eastern Mediterranean and the wider region, as well as ways to further strengthen defence cooperation between the three countries.

In the framework of Panagiotopoulos' visit to Cyprus, bilateral meetings of the delegations of Greece-Cyprus and Greece-Israel have been planned.
