Greek Communist Party Slams Govt Reshuffle as Acceleration of Anti-Worker Policies

ATHENS — "This is not 'restarting', but an 'accelerating' a policy that constantly sacrifices the needs of the people to serve the priorities and targets of capital," the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) commented on the government reshuffle, noting that "the people should not grant either a period of grace, nor confidence in the new government of New Democracy."

Specifically, in its announcement on the government reshuffle, KKE stated:

"The government reshuffle signals two things: on the one hand, the pursuit of a further encouragement of anti-popular policies, and on the other, the 'ratification' of criminal responsibilities in the management of critical areas, confirming that these were the product of conscious political choice and not the failure of some ministers."

ATHENS - Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will attend the presentation of the new process of the Digital KEPA (disability certification centre) and the national disability portal on Monday, at 17:00.
