Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
LONDON – Greek ballet dancer Stefanos Dimoulas, based in London, is among those included on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Arts and Culture in Europe.
He “performed in La Traviata at the Royal Opera House before becoming the youngest Greek judge in the history of Dancing with the Stars” and “started his nonprofit organization Culture Select to support other Greek and LGBTQI+ performers,” Forbes reported, adding that Culture Select has “raised around $74,000 from the Hellenic Ministry of Culture & Sports and the National Opera to fund its first dance production, Titan Prometheus, which sold out in 97 minutes.”
