Greek and Turkish Cypriot Parties Talk

NICOSIA – Greek and Turkish Cypriot political parties held was war reported by CNA to be “a lively discussion on the selected topic in the agenda of their regular meetings, which was ;Having a hot discussion on the Cyprus question may help’”.

Leaders and representatives of the parties met at the Ledra Palace hotel, in the UN controlled buffer zone, under the auspices of the Slovak embassy.

Slovak Ambassador Oksana Tomova read the joint communique, which noted, according to CNA, “that the participants constructively expressed opinions on the issue proposed by the hosting party, the New Cyprus Party/YKP.”
