Hellenic Development Bank Guarantee Fund Kicks off on Wednesday

ATHENS - The operation of the Hellenic Development Bank Guarantee Fund starts on Wednesday, June 3. Companies that are interested in taking out a loan can submit their application to the cooperating banks from 12 noon through the Information System of State Aid and to the e-mail address

 "The most important financial tool for businesses in the Covid-19 crisis is ready and was set up in record time. A project that would normally take us more than 8-12 months, was prepared in 60 days. Congratulations to all my colleagues at the Ministry of Development and Investment. From today, at 12:00, all interested companies, in order to receive a loan with an 80 pct guarantee from the Development Bank, will be able to visit the bank of their choice and apply on the relevant electronic platform. Greece is returning to full economic activity," Minister of Development and Investments Adonis Georgiadis underlined.

The 13 cooperating banks that the interested parties can apply to are: National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, Eurobank, Alpha Bank, Attica Bank, Optima Bank, Procredit Bank and the cooperative banks of Epirus, Pankritia, Thessaly, Karditsa, Central Macedonia, Chania.
