Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS – A wildfire started shortly before 14:00 on Wednesday in an area of forest in Kalamos, Kythera. It is not threatening any inhabited areas. Nine fire fighters and three fire engines and one helicopter were sent to put out the flames.
