Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS – As of Friday, the platform to book appointments for a third dose of the vaccine against Covid-19 will be open for all adults over 18, provided that six months have elapsed from their initial vaccination.
The following day, on Saturday, November 6, the additional restrictions imposed on those that are unvaccinated, as announced on Tuesday by Health Minister Thanos Plevris due to the rising numbers of the pandemic, will go into effect.
This means that unvaccinated individuals will need to display a negative test in order to visit public services, banks and commercial shops (apart from supermarkets) and unvaccinated employees must do two tests a week.
