Greece: Last Act for Fofi Gennimata on Wednesday

ATHENS — The final act in the national mourning for the president of the Movement for Change (KINAL) party Fofi Gennimata, who died on Monday, is being held on Wednesday at the Athens Cathedral and the First Cemetery of Athens.

Gennimata’s family, friends, party members and the entire state and political authority of Greece, along with members of the public will attend Fofi Gennimata’s funeral.

The flags on all public buildings are flying at half mast as a mark of mourning.
