Greece Imposes New COVID-19 Restrictions on Argolida, Evrytania

ARGOLIDA — Emergency restrictions to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus were decided on Friday for the regional units of Argolida and Evrytania, while it was decided to extend the restrictive measures for Covid in the regions of Achaia, Ilia, Messinia, Herakleion and the island of Ikaria.

The measures are in effect from Friday, September 10 to Friday, September 16.

According to the ministerial decision, a curfew is in effect from 01:00 to 06:00. Locals can leave their home only to go to work during work hours or for health reasons. There will be no music in bars and other venues except for wedding and christening receptions.
