Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ASTORIA – New York State Senate Deputy Leader Michael Gianaris recognized Evangeline Douris, Chair of the board of HANAC and her 50 years of service to the organization during HANAC’s 50th anniversary gala fundraiser on October 21 in Manhattan.
“Mrs. Douris is an incredible leader in the Greek-American community and we are proud of her lifetime of service and the continued work of HANAC in our neighborhoods,” said Senate Deputy Leader Michael Gianaris. “I am proud to call her a friend and I wish Mrs. Douris and HANAC many continued years of success.”
