Gerapetritis Refutes Scenarios of Government Reshuffle

ATHENS — Minister of State Giorgos Gerapetritis lashed out over the arrest of journalist Roman Protasevich in an interview with Thema radio station on Monday.

The minister said it was "a unique phenomenon in the modern democratic world," and an act of state terrorism "which is not only directed against freedom of expression and the freedom of press but is a cynical undermining of democracy."

In the same interview, he strongly refuted scenarios of an imminent government reshuffle.
