Gennimata: Civil Protection Needs Preparation, Plan and Work

February 16, 2021

ATHENS — Movement for Change (KINAL) leader Fofi Gennimata on Tuesday accused the government of lack of plan in terms of keeping Athens-Lamia motorway open. Speaking to MEGA TV she explained that the criticism refers to the government's decision to close the motorway on Monday as today the picture is totally different.

Gennimata underlined that the civil protection needs preparation, plan and work, it needs its whole manpower to the battle, it is not only the communication part. However, she noted that "obviously things are worse today in order not to be any misunderstandings".
