Foreigner, 51, Injured While Swimming in Zakynthos

ATHENS — A 51-year-old foreign tourist was injured while swimming on Wednesday in Laganas, Zakynthos, by a passing boat driven by a 36-year-old foreign national.

The 51-year-old was first transported to a private clinic and then to the General Hospital of Zakynthos. According to the doctors, he has abrasions on his back.

A preliminary investigation is being carried out by the Zakynthos Port Authority.
